Job Description - Field Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team. As the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our door-to-door canvassing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Train and supervise a team of canvassers
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
  • Coordinate schedules and routes for canvassing activities
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve results
  • Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of door to door experience
  • Must have previous canvassing and/or direct sales experience
  • 1 + years experience managing a team of canvassers or face-to-face marketers
  • Proven track record of meeting set performance standards
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience training, coaching, and mentoring a field team
  • Ability to self manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
  • Valid Florida Drivers license (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
