As an FP&A Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team by assisting in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, gain valuable insights into financial operations, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key financial metrics.
Support in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and potential scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience in finance, FP&A, or a related role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
