Foreperson- Reclaim/Cold Plane- Construction

What you can expect:

• $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Annual increase potential
• Paid Time Off.
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!

What you will do:

• Experience with all aspects of Reclaim/Cold Plane operations.
• Ability to lead and manage work crew.
• Training new hires and coordinating training.
• Collaboration between all lines of business to execute each job.
