We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a front office coordinator at our mental health facility. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including managing schedules, handling client inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and a strong desire to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: -Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing schedules, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries -Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry -Maintain a clean and organized front office area -Collaborate with other members of the mental health team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion -Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required -Excellent proficiency in Excel *Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required* We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
