Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary The Ramp Services Instructor provides safety, security, and procedural training for airport ramp service agents. This would include initial, recurrent, and on-the-job practical training while also monitoring training records. Instructs personnel on new company procedures, government safety and security policies, regulations, and directives, and conducts audits. Updates local training manuals and SOPs as required. Responsibilities for this position may also include the following:

• Computer data entry
• Preparation or oversight of flight documents
• Interfaces with Transportation Safety Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, local airport authority, and U.S. Customs & Border Patrol
• Monitor flight and passenger documentation and compliance of passenger processing procedures with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation regulationsMinimum Requirements
• 1 year of ramp operational experience
• Knowledgeable in Federal Air Regulations pertaining to airline and cargo ramp operations
• Knowledge and experience with aircraft ground movement and service equipment
• Must have flexible availability to include working holidays and weekends based on business needs
