Global Franchise Operations Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems is recruiting for a Global Franchise Operations Co-Op, located in Raritan, NJ. Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company touch more than a billion people's lives every single day through our health care products and services, our corporate giving, and the volunteer efforts of our employees. The Global Segment Deliver team is the strategic group that interfaces with Regional Segment Deliver, Deliver Operations, and the Ethicon and CSS Franchises across the E2E Supply Chain. Our focus is on Strategy Development, Value Identification, and E2E Supply Chain connectivity process improvements. The co-op in this role will support the Medical Devices - various initiatives and projects and should have a good understanding of Supply Chain functions their connection and impact to customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to New Product Launch continuous improvement and maintenance of current process and tools, S&OP reviews/governance, Product flow network optimization initiatives, cost/benefit analysis, process improvements opportunities and Global Dashboard consolidation of metrics and actions.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Currently enrolled pursuing a BS or BA, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related with an expected graduation of 2024 - 2026
• You should have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel -Advanced-, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Communication should show clarity of objectives
• Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving
• Demonstrates developed verbal and written communication skills
• Shows decision making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, Project Management, Leadership
