Job Description - Group Credit Management

For our Headquarter located in Ora (BZ) we are looking for a supervisor in charge of our 

 

Group Credit Management

 

Main tasks:

  • Oversee the monitoring of group accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate actions to collect cash, determinating when to escalate customers to legal collections.
  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and create credit limits to promote sales to reliable customers.
  • Prevent bad debts and legal collections by assessing customer risk.
  • Create directional reports on customer payments, cash collections, and credit risk management & collect relevant data
  • Cooperate with Administration to accelerate invoicing and facilitate faster cash collection.
  • Collaborate with Treasury to evaluate and establish credit limits.
  • Manage relationships with external credit information providers and credit insurers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position in the field of credit management.
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
