Healthcare Operations Coordinator

As a  Healthcare Operations Coordinator , you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day. This position is an entry-level position with a career path geared towards become a  Regional Clinics Manager or other leadership position in Operations !

This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois!

Responsibilities

• Supports the Sr. Regional Manager of Clinics Coordination and the Operations team in completing various tasks and projects.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, under the supervision of the Sr. Regional Manager, nationwide.
• Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field,  required.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in healthcare,  required.
• Deadline oriented
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
