Job Description - Hospital Technologist

Great opportunity for a Hospital Tech-Peri Anesthesia Tech/Transport Team Member to work at one of Yoh's clients in Palo Alto.

What You Will Be Doing:
Provides basic direct and indirect care as a member of the patient care team transporting patients, measuring, recording, and reporting patient information, provision of assistance with activities of daily living, and simple treatments and procedures.
Accurately observes, records and reports patient information.
Assists patients with and/or provides efficient care related to activities of daily living.
Specific task but NOT limited to: transporting patients from Pre-op to OR, from other units within the organization to Pre-op, bring patients back to Pre-op, collect vital signs and report to RN/LVN, help organize and prepare unit for patient care.

JOB DETAILS
Shifts Available: Rotating- 8 hours. 40 hours/week
Hours/Days: Monday-Friday; 0800, 0830, 0900, 1000
Operating hours 0530-2330. Possible start times 0530, 0730, 0830, 0930,1100
Target Start Date: 05/13/24

What You Must Bring To The Table:

Education Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Licenses and Certifications
BLS - Basic Life Support
Six (6) months of directly related work experience
Ability and willingness to be taught/learn new skills
Ability to be a team player
Ability to be flexible in assignment and able to work different shifts if required
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families and staff, including high volume and stressful situations
