We're seeking a dedicated Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations and drive excellence in vendor management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to) ; Oversee and actively participate in the procurement process to ensure the selection of approved vendors, securing the best prices without compromising product quality. Monitor and approve all incoming goods and materials, ensuring timely updating in Birchstreet and secure storage or delivery. Collaborate with various departments to enhance Diverse spend goals and promote inclusivity in procurement practices. Supervise the daily activities of Receiving and Storeroom clerks, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules. Report to the Director and Assistant Director of Finance, actively participating in all Finance-related activities as directed. KEY DUTIES (Include but not limited to) ; Maintain control over all asset storerooms, ensuring proper storage and security measures are in place. Establish and maintain a robust requisition process to uphold inventory integrity. Conduct monthly self-audits of inventory value and assist in official audits as required by Finance. Implement bottle-for-bottle action for liquor transfers and chit-for-bottle replacements for wine, while establishing and auditing par levels in outlets. Manage Birchstreet Purchase Order system, providing support during month-end activities, including new vendor setups, departmental training, GL coding accuracy checks, and inventory management. Continuously seek opportunities to expand procurement spend with qualified Diverse vendors. Assist the Finance team in reconciling vendor statements and ensuring timely processing of accounts payable, if necessary. Monitor the Markview AP system daily to facilitate seamless processing with our Shared Services team. SALARY RANGE: The salary range for this position is $60,100 - $87,000.Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Birchstreet Purchasing System and Markview is essential.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Purchasing Manager.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Open availability/flexibility is required for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
