Job Description - HR Administrative Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding.
  • Recruiting
  • Policy Implementation.
  • Data Entry and filing for multiple departments.
  • Screening phone calls.
  • Receptionist duties
  • Payroll reporting
  • Invoicing, order processing and order updates, shipment tracking/ updating and organizing documents needed for customers
  • Handle shipments of incoming and outgoing goods as a backup to logistics.
  • Maintaining office and breakroom supplies and areas.
  • Use the work time in an effective way.
  • Being actively involved in the planning of the teams short term goals.
  • To actively participate in personal development based on development talks.
  • Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
  • It's the employee's responsibility to use designated protection equipment according to current safety regulations.
  • It's the employee's responsiblity to ensure that the work performed is done in accordance with laws, regulations and instructions.
  • It's the employee's responsiblity to coordinate with required functions, external and internal, in the responsibility of a good work environment.
  • It's the employee's responsiblity to without any delay report to closest manager situations where risk of life or health exists
Experience/Skills
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office.
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred
