Job Description:

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Zenith Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting our staff and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and assist with orientation programs.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.

Support employee relations by addressing routine HR questions and concerns.

Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping activities.

Prepare HR reports and assist in HR projects as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and act with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a human resources or administrative role preferred.

Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
