As an HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our HR and store management teams, providing essential support across a variety of human resources functions. From managing employee records and HRIS recordkeeping to overseeing workers compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations, your role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. Your Core Responsibilities: Uphold and champion our vision, strategy, purpose, and values, shaping and embodying our unique culture.
Enhance organizational performance and drive change to elevate our operations.
Maintain meticulous HR files and records, ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR and benefits inquiries, guiding team members and escalating complex issues as needed.
Facilitate workers compensation and leave management programs, working closely with team members and external partners.
Manage benefits billing and enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility with diligence.
Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, advising on policy and practice improvements.
Coordinate with the payroll team on leave-related adjustments.
Contribute to special events planning and execution, including benefits enrollment and team development initiatives.
Support the broader People team by collecting and sharing insights to boost team performance.
Embrace additional duties that support our team's success. Who We're Looking For: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a preference for SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational prowess and an eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
A team player who also thrives in independent settings.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with four days on-site (Monday to Thursday) and one day remote (Friday), blending the best of both worlds for work-life balance. Join Us:
