HR Manager

We are the lead in North America in custom hydraulic cylinders and are now looking to hire a full time Quality Engineer for our Laurens, IA location (just outside of Sioux Rapids, near Marathon).

What you will be doing:

• Partner with leadership throughout the organization to co-develop and lead HR practices in areas of recruiting, employee relations, and team engagement
• Oversee our HR systems and data management to ensure compliance with all employment laws
• Support payroll processes and benefits administration
• Responsible for tracking critical HR metrics and reporting
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and team resources
• Manage all leave programs for FML, short-term disability, workers comp, and ADA
• Support hiring practices and responsible for new hire onboarding processes aligned with the company culture
• Handle separations and conduct exit interviews

Required:

• 5+ years in a Human resources ideally Management
• Any working experience for a manufacturing/machining company would be a huge bonus
