HR Operations Associate – Investment Management – Boston, MA


We are seeking candidates for a HR Operations Associate position with a top-tier Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will support the day-to-day operations for the HRBP team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Human Resources and Operational experience preferably within financial services.



This is a 6-month contract position that will pay $30-36/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 3 days/wk in the Boston office.



Responsibilities:

• Produce required materials and data to team, awaiting requirements based on established processes
• Partner with HRBP team to assist in implementation of HR solutions across firm
• Collaborate with HR COE teams to maintain and enhance HR systems, processes, and materials
• Articulate HR policy and process to business unit managers, supports business understanding and application
• Support business unit managers with routine performance management and employee relations requirements
• Demonstrate inclusive behavior, contribute to an atmosphere of open communication

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 + years of Human Resources experience, preferably within financial services
• Strong operational experience, preferably in HR, providing service to employees and managers
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Workday experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
