Responsibilities:
Assist HR coordinators with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Provide support in employment law and leaves of absences compliance.
Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, sending assessments, conducting references, and updating job boards.
Assist in moving Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating job postings.
Provide marketing support for recruitment efforts.
Support the migration of physical HR files to cloud-based systems.
Potentially assist with event support as needed.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of office administration experience or HR internship experience.
Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and tackle new challenges.
