The Ohio Board of Nursing is searching for the perfect candidate to fill its available PART TIME Human Capital Management Analyst position. This position will be expected to work approximately 30 hours a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Performs at least two human resources sub programs (e.g., creates, processes, enters, files, routes & approves electronic Personnel Action Requests (ePARs); creates, processes, enters, files, routes & approves Position Descriptions (PDs), enrolls changes, advises, informs & corrects employee health benefits. Prepares & posts vacancy announcements. Closes out vacancy announcements. Participates in interview panels. Coordinates onboarding and offboarding sessions.
  • Assist supervisor in other personnel and labor related matters (e.g., grievances, payroll processing, utilizing the Ohio Hiring Management System to coordinate the selection process by creating job postings, screening applications, scheduling and facilitating interviews, closing out positions and communicating with applicants).
  • Assists in the processing of absence management issues (e.g., Disability, FMLA, etc.).
  • Assists with efforts in State's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Participates as an ambassador for the Wellness Program, Combined Charitable Campaign, Operation Feed & other State Sponsored Initiatives.

Qualifications 2 yrs. exp. in human resources.



  • Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.

  • Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.

  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
