Job Description - Human Resources Administrator

Are you someone with a high level of integrity and experience in managing various human resources tasks? Do you thrive in ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational compliance? We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator who will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities & Duties: Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate interviews. Conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries. Manage COBRA benefits and reconcile monthly statements from providers. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep track of employee birthdays and anniversaries. HR Compliance: Handle employment verifications, unemployment inquiries, and other HR-related tasks. Complete surveys and requests for information as needed. HR Projects: Coordinate company events and initiatives, including contests and newsletters. Provide administrative support as required. Miscellaneous Duties: Assist with various tasks as requested. Work Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self-motivated and adaptable to change
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of human resources policies and procedures Qualifications: 1-2 years of HR experience preferred, or relevant education
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
High level of confidentiality and professionalism Physical Demands: Sit for up to 8 hours per day
