Job Description - Human Resources Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to join our team at Alora Behavioral Health. The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in leading the onboarding process, managing leaves of absences and ADA requests, maintaining HRIS duties, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and metrics. This position will be the first point of contact for employees and will be responsible for various HR administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process and ensure all onboarding KPIs and metrics are met.
  • Manage all leaves of absences and ADA requests.
  • Oversee the HR inboxes, ensuring timely responses in line with established KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain worker's compensation cases.
  • Lead HR weekly meetings and keep all trackers up to date.
  • Handle all HRIS duties and master the HRIS system.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, maintaining a focus on employee satisfaction.
  • Manage the administrative functions associated with the termination of employees, ensuring offboarding KPIs are met.
  • Assist the CHRO with projects, including playing the role of project manager as needed.
  • Manage HR shared mailboxes with response rates in alignment with established KPIs.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding, leave management, and HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
