Job Description - Human Resources Analyst/HRIS Analyst

Primary Function

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst prepares, analyzes and distributes a variety of management information reports and documents, including annual compliance reporting for HR and benefits such as EEO1, ACA and nondiscrimination testing. Audits and corrects employee information and records as appropriate between HR and other internal departments (Payroll, IS) and vendors, such as the benefits administration platform and other systems. Creates HR dashboards to share with leadership. Troubleshoots errors with incoming and outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems.

Specifications

Bachelors' degree with at least three to five years experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong presentation, organization and communication skills. Must demonstrate customer focused approach. Experience in HR measurement, metrics, analytics, and knowledge of performance improvement methods and application of performance improvement tools. Must be proficient in Excel. Tableau experience preferred. Must have critical thinking skills and be fluent in the English language.

Note: This is a temp to possible perm position. Hybrid work option available upon completion of training
