HVAC Install Coordinator

Parker and Sons is currently seeking a n HVAC Install Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Install Coordinator will help ensure all of the moving part within the HVAC installation process is working seamlessly while providing exceptional customer service to our memebers.

What Will I Do?

• Audit all HVAC Sales contracts
  • Check for signatures on Parker contracts
  • Make sure pictures have been uploaded
  • Verify that payment types were entered and/or if deposits were collected
  • Verify signatures were collected on financing documents
  • Back Up processing for when processors are out on PTO
• Assist Salesmen with obtaining signatures on change orders
• Help coordinate HVAC projects
  • Outbound call to customers to coordinate dates, when needed
  • Communicate with Insulation to schedule dates around the HVAC install
  • Communicate with Electrical to schedule techs to be out during the install
• Create calls for the PEAK visit, post install
• Outbound to customers to schedule PEAK visits, when needed
• Communicate with Warranty Dispatch to in line with their current availability
• Assist with other administrative duties
  • Double check equipment registration
  • Register equipment, when needed
  • Track change orders to be sure changes are made to current invoices
  • Assist with obtaining signatures on COC forms for Pinnacle Financing

• Candidates must have attention to detail
• Must be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Strong communication skills and high energy/enthusiasm
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Must possess a strength in multi-tasking
• Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus
