Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Role: Integrator Access Administrator

Role Description: The Integrator Access Administrator must have at least 2+ years of experience. The Control Systems Integrator-End User Support is responsible for executing access management provisioning lifecycle and end user support needs in the environment. 

In this role, you will coordinate with various end users to manage access and password lifecycles as well as continuously improve the process. This will require that you have knowledge of working in a sensitive environment to support operations. 

The Control Systems Integrator is responsible for ensuring adequate clarification and support on all access requirements related to the control system applications, insuring compliance with all regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day access management (additions, deletions, updates) of the core solution

• Perform day-to-day End User Computing Support activities to userbase.

• Participate in a 24 x 7 on-call rotation and support on a rotational basis as assigned

• Ensure group objectives and goals related to critical issue support, compliance activities, projects, and ongoing operational activities are achieved

• Demonstrate strong leadership in change management and problem resolution supporting the development and execution of strategic objectives and goals

• With minimal supervision, ensure the access management lifecycle is performed timely.

• Understand business access management needs and strategic direction for technology, as well as the functionality of technology as it relates to the electric utility industry

• Support project activities associated with the design, development, testing, deployment, and certification.

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast paced environment.

• Perform all essential aspects and functions of the job as well as any other specific job requirements

Job Attributes:

• Education –Two year technical degree or eight to ten years relevant experience

• Experience – Two to four years of hands on IT experience

• 2+ years Microsoft or Linux system administration experience

• 2+ years End User support in a 24/7 environment

• 1+ years in a regulated environment preferred

• Preferred NERC CIP certification or experience with NERC CIP compliance activities

• Knowledge and understanding of Access management best practices on Information and Operational Technology systems

• Some knowledge of utility operations, utility equipment, and IT operational and compliance processes

• Experience working in a fast paced environment.

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks timely

• Demonstrated excellence in team building and collaborative leadership skills to build consensus solutions

• Experienced in meeting stringent deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities

• Skilled in problem solving and gaining consensus required for the implementation of needed solutions

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
