Job tasks: As a CNC Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

»Verifying job order procedures and adhering to instructions related to machine operations.

»Setting up and operating CNC Machines and/or production equipment in strict conformity with instructions, job specifications, and blueprints.

»Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately to ensure proper machinery setup.

»Utilizing hand tools as necessary for the correct setup of tools in the respective machine.

»Employing precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure product quality.

»Identifying and stamping parts for tracecapability purposes.

»Inspecting products per print to maintain high-quality standards.

»Maintaining cleanliness of the machine, performing minor maintenance as needed, and promptly reporting malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications required

»Previous practice as a CNC Machine Operator or similar function.

» capability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

»Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.

»Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

» expertise of safety protocols, with the capability to wear required safety gear.
