Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full life cycle of lateral candidates
- Create job requisitions and postings
- Maintain candidate files in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Compile candidate feedback
- Prepare standard offer letters
- Direct communication with search firm agencies, associate, and partner candidates
- Ensure seamless candidate experience
- Manage conflicts and background checks
- Collaborate on special projects, including market intel
- Team with practice group for summer associate reviews and summit
- Handle ad hoc administrative requests
- Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
- Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
- Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
- Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required
- Foster positive work relationships
- Comply with all firm policies and practices
- Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.
Background Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in a legal recruiting or similar environment
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Qualified learning and working in new recruiting/HR software programs
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A team player with a self-starter attitude
- Must be able to work flexible/additional hours as needed
Education:
- High School diploma, or GED
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
