LMS Coordinator

TITLE : LMS Coordinator

PAY: $20-26/hour

DURATION: 5-6 months

LOCATION: Marlborough MA (Prefer Local BUT Open to Remote – MUST work EST hours , typical schedule is 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm EST)

MANAGER NOTES:

1-2 experience is ideal –

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for administrative functions of Global Quality Systems and Enterprise Training in the Learning Management System.

- Additional responsibilities include, security and software upgrades, reporting and extracting system metrics , and coordination with local Subject Matter Experts.

- Managing LMS system usage metrics , process controls and change control to maintain compliance to regulatory requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification required or equivalent experience

Experience

- 1-2 years experience with LMS systems and or a system administration

- 1-2 years experience in Quality Management Systems

Skills

- Data Management Skills Excel, Word, Agile, and other data software systems

- Exceptional communication skills Verbal and Written

- Superior organization Skills and dedication to completing projects on time

- Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS systems preferred but not required
