Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:
All night shift prospects will be trained on site on day shift (6am)!

• Learns to independently run machines (such as centerless grind machines) according to specifications
• Operates multiple machines at once, including centerless grind machines, robotic machines, milling machines, and deburring stations to produce parts or products
• Manages and maintains the robotic functions
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machine
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Understands and learns how to read gauging of the products from the machines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience with tooling and machining processes
• Ability to handle materials and operate machinery safely
• Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ready to learn a new trade
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
