About the Role:

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cones or pie ovens. Leads the production team in their work area. Maintains highest degree of operational efficiency, quality, and housekeeping in this area. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for baking quality and efficiency of the ovens and peripheral machinery
• Must have thorough knowlege of start-up operations
• Must be able to maintain proper controls while machinery is operating
• Follow and maintain line/operating data
• Troubleshoot normal machinery malfunctions that do not require a mechanic
• Perform additional duties as they relate to job classification
