As a Machine Operator , you will work in a climate-controlled Machine Shop, independent from the Tire Plant while operating CNC mold manufacturing equipment and other related industrial equipment while gaining hands-on experience producing high quality products. The ideal candidate would be able to abide by standard work procedures and job safety requirements to meet quality expectations for all output produced. The machine operator role may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, bending and working at heights to complete daily tasks. Base Pay: $20-$24/hr based on experience

Shift Information: Night Shift, 4, 10's or 5, 8's (negotiable), OT available

Work Environment :  Tall Timbers Mold Operations Plant located in Findlay, OH

• The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment. 
• The environment is climate-controlled and conditions may be noisy.  
• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing and steel-toed shoes.  

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED 
• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future 
• Must be to successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment contingencies 
• Basic computer skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working towards an Associate Degree or Certification in the manufacturing or industrial field 
• Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience in metal working or CNC machining (such as 5-axis engraving and Vertical Turning Lathes) 
• Experience reading drawings and blueprints 
• Experience using precision measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers and Faro inspection equipment 
• Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards for the safe use of powered industrial trucks and overhead cranes 
• Basic Welding experience.
