Manager Nursing Excellence

The Manager Nursing Excellence for the Central Division is responsible for working effectively at a divisional level that includes five states and three regions in a highly matrixed organization as a support to service area directors and managers, ministry level CNOs & clinical operations and system structures. Responsible for partnering with divisional nursing leadership to engage service area teams in achieving system and divisional education and training to meet system ministry goals and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field

• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License or

• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License or

• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License or

• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License or

• Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License or

• Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License or

• Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License

• 7 years staff development or academic teaching

• 5 years Healthcare-related management and leadership
