Marketing Administrator, Contract to Hire

Vaco is working with a hospitality network organization in their search for an administrative Marketing Representative who will work with company photographers in arranging photoshoots for properties and creative a 360 view online for virtual tours
Someone who would excel in this role possesses strong customer service and communication skills, data entry background and good attention to detail! This role will have a heavy workload, the company is planning for upwards of 500 photo shoots per calendar year! Work can be done remotely but candidate MUST live in AZ and commutable to Phoenix for training the first 2 weeks! Job Description * Scheduling appointments • Acting as liaison between the photographer and the company via phone calls and emails. • Tracking each projects progress and confirming completion. • Ensuring photos are uploaded to the correct platforms. Considered candidates should possess: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - primarily Excel worksheets for tracking purposes • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Effective business writing • Data entry skills • Ability to effectively manage workload to meet required deadlines. • Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
