Job Description:

  • Medical Affairs Document Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the MDS euMDR Medical Affairs Team as needed to support the transition to euMDR.
  • This individual will also be responsible for collecting, organizing, and assessing the required documentation for Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) from various functions.
  • The Document Coordinator is efficient, organized, resourceful and functions well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, e-mail and mailing as needed
  • Maintain electronic filing system for CEPs/CERs
  • Manage requests for information and data
  • Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
  • Three to five years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent PC computer skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to gather and monitor information
  • Ability to assess and solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
  • Superior planning and organizing skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
