Medication Technician

As a Vitality Living med tech, your responsibilities will include:

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with completion of medication cart audits.
• Provide direct resident care.

• CPR certification
• Med Tech certification
• 6 months of similar experience

Job Details:

• Full Time Days
• Shift hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm, 3 days on, 4 days off
