Sun Health is looking for a big-hearted, invested, and thorough Membership Counselor to join our vibrant Administration team in Surprise, AZ.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, evening and weekend as-needed for events.

Statement of Purpose: The Membership Counselor develops new sales leads and converts those leads into Sun Health at Home memberships.

Compensation : This position is salaried, exempt from overtime, and eligible for sales commissions and bonuses.

Major Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Complete strategic outside sales calls with current and potential referral sources that result in increased membership to Sun Health at Home.
• Manage sales process by understanding prospective members' needs and educating them about Sun Health at Home's services and programs.
• Strategize with Executive Director on creative ways to develop new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
• Conducts sales seminars and events to develop leads for future memberships.
• Frequent local travel for events and to meet clients for one-on-one appointments. Travel can be up to 100%.
• Develop and close leads utilizing personal appointments and telephone/email follow-up.
• Maintain a database of current and potential referral sources.
• Must be able to work flexible hours; nights and weekends as required.
