NetSuite Financial AdministratorThe NetSuite Financial Administrator plays a pivotal role within the finance, sales, and operations teams, actively seeking avenues to enhance internal processes, offer analytical insights, and ensure scalability to meet business demands. Their responsibilities encompass administering accounting systems, aiding in NetSuite integrations with other business systems and external portals, and safeguarding data accuracy and integrity. 

Responsibilities

• Manages the mapping of systems with NetSuite, and supports system integrations.
• Responsible for managing and trouble-shooting workflows, approvals and rules.
• Training and Support for all NetSuite users.
• Create custom reports and saved searches to support Finance teams.
• Optimize the NetSuite System for productivity, efficiency, and financial reporting.
• Documentation for policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides, including the translation of business requirements into functional requirements.
