Nos activités actuelles vont des observations au télescope aux prévisions des risques de collision en orbite, en passant par la veille économique et la surveillance spatiale pour les opérateurs de satellites commerciaux et gouvernementaux.
Aldoria is looking for a Senior Sales Director who will develop the space surveillance business in the US for the company. The Sales Director will be working directly with the US Industry and Government relations manager.
The tasks will encompass:
- Identify and negotiate sales opportunities in North America (US and Canada) in coordination with the sales & marketing team.
- Coordinate with local Industry and Governmental relations manager.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Product manager to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of the North American market.
- Contribute to the North America development strategy in coordination with the VP Sales & Marketing.
- Represent the company in North America at various space events and with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM tools. `
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Recruit and manage a small team in coordination with the VP Sales & Marketing
- Perform legal and administrative tasks in relation to Aldoria LLC
- Oversee the preparation and submission of bids for government contracts.
You will report to the VP sales & marketing but you will also interact frequently with the technical, admin & finance team for legal & accounting matters, and with the executive committee for strategic matters.
We are looking for someone who can be a proactive leader to establish our positioning in the North American market.
- At least 8 years of experience in the aerospace and/or defense industry or within relevant institutions
- Independent personality with the ability to multi-task
- Understand space environment and sales to complex organizations
- You have been exposed to deals involving sensitive data and products across borders
- Interest in geopolitical matters
- At least beginner’s notions in corporate finance
- Native English
- Familiar with international cultures and French culture in particular
- Office suite
- You like to travel, meet new people, and build a network to make the business succeed
