Responsibilities
• Break down barriers for children with developmental delays and disabilities • Supporting each other day-to-day at one of our centers • Enhance social, communication, and adaptive living skills • Use creative and play-based teaching methods • Learn creative approaches to support a wide range of behaviors • Complete necessary documentation • Supervise COTAs • Lead initiatives and mentor others
Requirements
• Completed required education • Registered Occupational Therapist License • Passed AZ required National Board of Occupational Therapists exam • Experience working with children with developmental needs • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a bonus • Time management and task prioritization • Ability to work in a team
