Job Description - Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Lookout Pest Control. As an Office Administrator, you will provide vital support to our Branch Manager and contribute to the overall success of our branch location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing private equity backed home services company that is expected to reach $250M in revenue within 5 years!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager and team with administrative tasks including booking meetings, travel arrangements, and organizing events.
  • Handle incoming calls and communicate efficiently with customers to address their needs and provide assistance.
  • Support payroll processing, commission processing, and assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy of business-related paperwork and licenses.
  • Contribute to the company culture by being a dynamic and supportive member of the office team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support and assistance to various teams within the organization.

Day-to-Day Expectations:

  • Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager, inside sales team, and customer care teams.
  • Manage shipments, office supplies, chemical inventory, and procurement activities.
  • Utilize computer systems to accurately type, compose professional written communications, and assist with payroll, commissions, and paperwork.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record in multitasking and thriving in an administrative role.
