Kelly Services in partnership with one of Talladega’s premier employers is seeking to fill a DIRECT HIRE position for an Office Coordinator.
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for problem-solving. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, the Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms, including arranging catering and audiovisual equipment as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning documents, and preparing reports.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operations.
Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management to support overall organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
