Job Description:

• Understand in depth the SQAR platforms, capabilities, processes, tools, and integration.
• What is currently available, what is being built, integration/dependencies and the end-state view.
• Ability to provide support from Dev and Ops perspective.
• Analyze system requirements, existing business processes and information systems.
• Implement software applications that are more complex with full competency.
• Work closely with existing resources to gain necessary knowledge of the systems and work independently to achieve desired results.
• Knowledge of deploying apps using containers on Kubernetes
• Preferred if worked on Tricentis Products - qTest and TOSCA. Integration between TOSCA-qTest. Understanding of JIRA.
• Provide on call and after hours support as required for production releases and to respond and provide active resolution support on production outages.
• Work in Azure and AWS Services.

• Thorough understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS cloud services.
• Minimum 5 years Operations Automation using scripting or programming language (C#, Java, Python).
• Have experience with qTest test management tool (or a similar tool).
• Experience in developing cloud functions/services using APIs with a focus on continuous performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs.
• Experience in creating metrics using Power BI, Tableau reports.
• Good Customer Support experience, communication, and technical knowledge.

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
