The opportunity The Operations Coordinator processes and/or reviews more complex transactions of a Human Resources (HR) nature in accordance with the established policies and procedures within the Human Resource, Talent Enablement Center (TEC). The Operation Coordinator has proven experience and abilities to provide coaching to less experienced team members. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Performing duties and responsibilities with limited supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Performing detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions, escalating questions and/or discrepancies.
  • Proactively contacting field members of the Americas Talent Team, other EY personnel and external parties regarding processing issues as appropriate
  • Identifying and proposing solutions on transaction issues to leadership
  • Preparing, contributing and running reports as directed
  • Meeting production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management
  • Assist with special projects, as assigned
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard HRSSC procedures
  • Understand the expectations of customers and deliver service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines
  • Proficient with Firm standard technology including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Intranet, and other ATT related applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities
  • Ability to meet challenges and changes with an open mind
  • Adept at demonstrating a commitment to the job
  • Ability to anticipate clients’ needs
  • Able to identify and resolve issues that impact the delivery of quality service
  • Proven experience and abilities to provide coaching to less experienced team members
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years related experience
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Specific knowledge of HR functions preferred

What We Offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $42,300 to $74,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $50,800 to $84,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
