Job Description Plumbing Operations Manager NEEDED!! Solid Growing Company. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development. Must have strong Plumbing Operations Manager background with the following:

• Plumbing Design - Plumbing Estimating
• Plumbing Project Management
• Plumbing Sales

Commercial And Institutional Preferred

• Master Plumber
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or construction management preferred
• Solid knowledge of all Georgia area plumbing codes.
• Familiarity with area building, fire, and mechanical codes.
• Solid knowledge of all disciplines of construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Ability to estimate and manage design/build and plan and spec projects from conceptual budgets through project closeout.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn estimating and accounting software
