The role offers a salary range of $40,000 to $59,000, depending on your unique qualifications and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. As a Bank Operations Specialist focusing on Pending Applications Support, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customer onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional support and service during the new account origination process.
Conducting thorough reviews and analyses of consumer documents for loan and deposit accounts in alignment with regulations and bank policies.
Applying your knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in the documentation review process.
Communicating effectively with customers regarding document requirements and any necessary information for completing their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamlining the application review process to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyzing customer documents for accuracy and compliance.
Verifying customer income for loan approvals based on bank policies.
Addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through our servicing ticket system.
Working closely with our Fraud Prevention team to identify and report suspicious activities. Who We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in banking, customer service, or a related field.
A high school diploma or equivalent credential.
Strong data entry and typing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
An exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Previous experience in roles such as bank teller, customer service representative, fraud analyst, or bank operations specialist is preferred.
