Outside Golf Operations

The 1912 Club Llc in Plymouth Meeting, PA is looking for one outside golf operations to join our 72 person strong team. We are located on 888 Plymouth Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome players
• Stage carts in proper staging area prepared to service players as they arrive
• Detail staged carts in the morning as needed
• Be attentive and “ready” to service the member/guest at bag drop
• Remove golf bags from vehicles or storage room and load onto carts • Wash range balls and towels daily
• Remove bags from carts and return to either the member’s/guest’s vehicle or storage area
• Return carts to storage area removing towels, pencils, score cards, tees, trash, etc. from carts and reuse appropriate items
• Wash and detail carts before parking to charge overnight
• Properly plug carts in for charging for the night
• Ensure the practice range is open and ready for players in the morning
• Replaces golf balls for use by driving range patrons
• Receives and communicates golfer complaints to the Pro Shop
• Ensure the bag room/bag room area and practice range areas are kept orderly and clean, including trash cans.
• Work closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournament
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work hard and show up on time
• High level of Customer Service
• Ability to communicate with all team members
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work part time or full time: 20 to 40 hrs per week
