Partner Operations Lead - SMB

What we’re seeking:

As a Partner Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient operations between Frontier and our partners. You will be responsible for contract management, onboarding, and maintaining strong partner relationships. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our partner programs. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX location to complete your work responsibilities. 

What we need in you:

What you’ll do:

Contract Management for New Partners:  

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts for new partners, ensuring compliance and alignment with Frontier's standards and objectives

Onboarding New Partners with Frontier:  

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing necessary documentation, training, and support to ensure a smooth transition into the partnership

Support Partner Relationship with Tiger Team:  

  • Collaborate with the tiger team to address partner needs, resolve issues, and optimize the overall partner experience

Report on Installed, Pending, and Cancelled Orders:  

  • Generate and analyze reports to track the status of installed, pending, and canceled orders, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency

Manage Master Agent Incentives Requiring Official Notice:  

  • Oversee master agent incentives, ensuring timely and accurate communication of official notices to partners in alignment with incentive programs

Attend Weekly Calls with Partner Operations:  

  • Participate in regular weekly calls with partner operations teams, providing updates, addressing concerns, and coordinating actions to strengthen the partnership

Reconcile Compensation Reporting with Partner:  

  • Work closely with partners to reconcile compensation reporting, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payments

Communicate with Appropriate Field Resources on Action Items:  

  • Effectively communicate action items and key information to relevant field resources, fostering collaboration and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner

  • Salary Range:  $120,000 - $216,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

  • 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistance

What background you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Proven experience in partner operations, contract management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
