Responsibilities • Administer and perform human resources/payroll functions
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
• Maintain established standards of practice
• Communicate in English and follow instructions
• Work with supervisors, co-workers, and support agencies
• Ensure health and safety of others in the workplace
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration
• Work knowledge of laws and regulations concerning payroll/personnel administration
• Previous experience in long term care preferred
• Commitment to the care and attention of residents and staff
Requirements • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred but not required
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as scheduled and follow directions
• Must not pose a direct threat to health and safety of others
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations concerning payroll/personnel administration
• Previous experience in long term care preferred
