A fast growing restaurant is in need of a forward thinking, dedicated, and self-sufficient People Operations Assistant. The People Operations Assistant will work closely with the Operations Manager. They will take on a variety of Administrative tasks and will be the right hand person for all things operations. The right person is a great communicator, quick learner and innovative. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment, under the guidance of an upbeat, positive and supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

• Acts as the point of contact for the team
• Answers phones, schedules meetings/interviews, and perform other related duties when assigned
• Help with bi-weekly payroll and coordinate travel arrangements
• Assist with all recruiting efforts

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related position
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite and written and verbal communication skills
• Administrative training preferred

MUST have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
