Job Description
Lobel Financial is searching for an Administrative Assistant who can assist the executive staff and help improve productivity. The Assistant will be responsible for maintaining ongoing business files, marketing tasks, translating documents, reconciling and filing statements, assisting with mailers, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational ability is a must, and the successful marketing assistant is also able to multi-task and switch between duties with little trouble. Since this position is often used as a liaison between corporate departments, solid communication skills are favored. A familiarity with Microsoft Office is also encouraged for the clerical and administrative tasks.
