PestPac Trainer

Lookout Pest Control is seeking a PestPac Trainer to join our team. As a PestPac Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our employees on the effective use of the PestPac software system. PestPac is a leading pest control management software that helps streamline our operations and enhance our customer service. 

In this role, you will be our go-to expert on PestPac, ensuring that all employees are knowledgeable and proficient in utilizing the system to its fullest potential. You will conduct training sessions, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support to address any questions or issues that may arise. This is a critical role in our organization, and you will play a key part in driving the success and efficiency of our operations. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Conducting training sessions for new employees on the use of PestPac software 
• Developing training materials, including user manuals and guides 
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to employees 
• Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve the utilization of PestPac 
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of PestPac across the organization 
• Staying up-to-date with new features and updates in PestPac and communicating them to the team 

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in PestPac or similar software systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Prior experience with PestPac or similar pest control management software is required 
• Excellent communication and training skills 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Knowledge of the pest control industry is a plus
