Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for an Operator for our plastic injection molding client in Chesterfield, MI. This is a 3 rd shift contract to hire position. Pay Rate: $16  Shift: 11pm to 7am Monday through Friday (overtime based upon production needs) Position Summary:
Monitor plastics inj ec tion m o ldin g presses in our team manufacturing a nd assembly environment in accorda nce with orga niza ti o na l policie s an d ap p l i cable l aws . Responsibilitie s i n clude bu t a r e no t limite d t o inspection , packagin g an d handling o f plasti c part s a nd maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Essential job functions:

• Access R eal Time Sc r ee n for hours to go and scrap entry.
• Perform v i sual in spec t ions
• M o nit o r work Cell an d performs checks on all auxiliary eq uipm ent
• Final Audit
• Lab e l , package, pl ast i c pr od u c t s according to the packaging instructions
• M a intain work ce ll cleanline ss a nd 6s
