Preschool Teacher

We are currently interviewing for a full-time teaching and Asst. teaching position for Nursery, K2, K3, K4 and K5. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED Ideal candidate should have experience in a licensed childcare facility. Job Summary:
Preschool teachers are responsible for the early education of children in their care. The duties and responsibilities of Preschool Teachers include developing and delivering interactive learning programs designed to engage and educate young children.   Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms.
• Provide basic needs for children.
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interest and learning styles of children. 
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents. 
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.
• Communicate effectively, follow state school guidelines, and follow a set curriculum. 

Qualifications

• 90-hour certificate
• 9 hours communication
• Med Administration
• 45-hour infants and toddlers
• Emergency preparedness
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
